With our X-ray fluorescent spectrometer Fischerscope X-Ray XAN®, we offer the possibility to measure the layer thickness on components such as e.g. circuit boards and connecting plug contacts. A prior random measurement of the nickel and gold layers optimizes the reliability of the process as to the assembling of components. This service is only available for components and printed circuit boards purchased from ES&S and may cause extra charges. Please contact us.
